I hope this isn't classed as asking for movies.
I have found a site that has them as VOBs but I'd like to find somewhere that has them as MPEG2.
    Thanks

Sorry, I meant mpeg2 with an SVCD bitrate. Just saves download time.
I like chucking them on disc and playing thru the home theatre.

    Cheers

Because I'm only on dial-up internet it takes too long to download them.
They still come out good on Pro-logic.

  7. ahh, ok... I've also done that too, converted some THX vob trailers to svcd. TMPGEnc does the job.

  8. I have dowloaded the trailers using my office lan (T1) connection. However, I would recommend that you buy the Dolby Digital Demo disk from the Dolby site. The disk has got all the trailers. Of course a cost of $20 plus shipping is involved.

Just found someone at work with Broadband. They are going to chuck the VOBs onto disc for me.
    Thanks for all the input.

Are the Dolby trailers available in PAL anywhere??? All I have seen, including the sample disc, is in NTSC.

You might just have to wait till you see them on movies you have either bought, borrowed or rented.
