  1. Can anyone please help?
I am new to copying dvd to dvd-r but i have done a few wich have all been sucsessful.I tried to greek wedding.I used dvd decrypter to rip to hd then i used dvd95 to convert the file i have used these two progs on all my copys and has always worked.I then put the film onto dvd-r using copytodvd.I followed the tutorials to the word from this site. The thing is is that when i try to play the film in my dvd player it says insert playable disc.It does this in both of my standalone players.I just get a slight clicking noise as if its searching for something.I then tried it in my pc with power dvd and it works. It also works in my sons playstation 2.What is wrong.I have tried different media with the same results and different players.
    Please help.
    Many thanks in advance,Ryan.

Check compatability with players (see left hand column) and what disks are you using, some do and some don't.

  3. ru sure ur dvd player is compatible with dvdr check on the left side in the dvd players section or check if the disc is protected with microvision or some kinda copy protection.

    not sure about this :-
rip the movie with smart ripper ( make sure the Demicrovision box is checked) and use some tool to burn it

iam sure its the protection or compatible problem

Not really related to your problem but if you strip out either the widescreen or fullscreen version of this movie, then it will fit on a blank dvd-r.
