I've made an svcd converted from an avi-file, i wrote the svcd, watched to control the quality on my stand-alone dvd-player, deleted original from hard disc.
Now i need to get the mpg back of the svcd to do some video editing, but when i try to copy the mpg file to my hard disc copying starts, but when it reaches the end of the file it gives me an error and deletes the file on my hard disc again.
How can i "rip" my mpeg2 file back so i can edit it ?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

sounds like you may have chosen "cut" instead of "copy" when you tried to put the file back to hard drive

I have the same problem on my NT machine at work. I have no idea what is causing this. I can copy it over on my Win98 machine, but then all I can do is play the file. I can use TSCV to make another image to burn. It gives an error and says the file is in use (even though it is not).
