  3. did every thing it said to do in the How to make a VCD with Easy CD Creator Deluxe 3.01/3.5c/4.0/5.0 and it did not play in my dvd player i know i have to use cd-rw to play music tried for vcd what else can i do to get it to work do i have to convert the movie in to somthing first it says it is in mpg

  5. check dvd player compatibility lists to see if your player can handle CDR/RW. and if it supports vcd/xvcd, etc. don't know if you created an xvcd or just a standard compliant vcd. need more info. type of standalone dvd player.

  7. it is a mitsubishi dd-2000 dvd player it is not listed a buddy tried it in his dvd player and it worked

  8. Just because it can play Audio CD's doesnt mean it can play VCD's. If it can play in other DVD stand alone players and it can play on your computer then it means that it is your player. Check the manual to see if it supports it or check their website

  11. I don't see the Mitsubishi DD-2000 listed here. So ... find a friend who has a different kind of DVD player. Check that model number against the listings here at vcdhelp.com.

    If it says that it will play VCD/SVCD, and can handle all layers of CD-R, and CD-RW, then it should play your VCD recordings. Try it. If it works on your friend's player, then the recording is good ... and your player just cannot handle VCDs.
