  1. Hi All,

I need to send a "proof" to a mate of a video that I'm doing. The MPEG file from the full blown Video/Audio is 200MB which on his 56k line is a little bit of a problem

What is the best way to reduce this file size down to about 6-7 MB and what is the best format ? (avi, quicktime, asf, wmv) etc, and if so what is the best tool to "reduce/convert" my original file.

I dont mind losing the audio/video obviously but must be able to see the basics.

    Many thanks in advance.
    Cheers

Use WMV. It's portable, and fully compatible with other windows systems.
Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything...
