512 MB Ram Memory PC 133 Mhz
Maxtor HD 80 Gb 7200 RPM ATA 133
Video Card Intel Graphics (Onboard)
Sound Card Sound Blaster MP3 +
DVD ROM Toshiba model 1612
CD Burner HP 9310 (10 x 4 x 32)
I wanna buy an DVD Burner Sony DRU-500 AX my question is :
Does my P III support this Burner ?
Can i actually Burn DVD's with this machine ?

I have PIII 800, 512 ram, 100gb and Sony DRU500A and it works great, can burn at 2 and 2.4 (not tested with 4x media).

The reason that i wanna know is cause i have lots of SVCD files that i wanna author to a DVD format... Also i wanna copy some DVD's

U have the same Asus board as me so I hope it supports a dvd writer mines been in long enough!! anyway good look when U try to author your svcd's as its a pain in the BUTT!!

GO check the DVD Authoring forum... A guy made a proggie for SVCD to DVD...
