When i encode to CVD with Constant bitrate 2520, no matter how good the source is, i can allways see some pixels in the darker areas of the picture, but on a DVD i cant see any.
I know i cant expect the same quality from a CVD, but is it because of the lower res.?
Or the lower bitrate?
And can i do something about it, maybe filter/blur dark areas?
I use virtualDub to frameserve to TMPGEnc.
Thanks in advance!
