  1. I want to experiment on making VCD's. Where can I find a free or very cheap program that can make VCD's and is a good program?

    Anyone know? I have Windows XP.

    2) TMPGEnc to encode to mpeg-1 (free for mpeg-1)

    3) VCDEasy to author VCD and burn CD (free)

  7. Which is the best FREE Mpeg Editor? Where I can cut/edit certain portions of MPEG's etc....

    Anyone know?

  8. MPEG is not a very editable format. If you want some simple cutting and joining, you can just use TMPGEnc.
