TMPG bitrate question

In "rate control mode" in video tab of TMPG, does the bit rate in CBR or the max bitrate in 2passVBR mean the video bitrate or the video+audio combined.

ie if max bitrate is at 2528 and I set my audio bitrate at 192, does it mean video will be at max 2528 or
2528-192 = 2336

pay attention to what you wrote..and you will have you answer.

its in the VIDEO TAB, soooooooo it means just for the video..so you will have to take that # and add it to your audio #.
