  1. i am lookin for a way to make a universal vcd to play on all dvd/vcd players . is i t possible can it be done if so let me know. im am makin good ones now to work on my system but i want to give some to a friend and maybe my brother
    . so any help or a ya or na would be really appericated

    To make a truly universal VCD, you'll have to send it to a professional shop to press it. (In addition to following the VCD specs exactly.)

  4. For specs, click on "What is VCD" on the top left hand corner.

    The issue remains however. For a VCD to be truly universal (even if it is perfectly compliant) you will have to have it professional pressed (e.g., like an audio CD or CD-ROM you can buy from a store). This is an EXPENSIVE process and you in generally can only have it done if you plan to mass produce a disc.
