universal vcd's

i am lookin for a way to make a universal vcd to play on all dvd/vcd players . is i t possible can it be done if so let me know. im am makin good ones now to work on my system but i want to give some to a friend and maybe my brother

To make a truly universal VCD, you'll have to send it to a professional shop to press it. (In addition to following the VCD specs exactly.)

what is the exact specs and can they be done on a regular burner ???????

For specs, click on "What is VCD" on the top left hand corner.

The issue remains however. For a VCD to be truly universal (even if it is perfectly compliant) you will have to have it professional pressed (e.g., like an audio CD or CD-ROM you can buy from a store). This is an EXPENSIVE process and you in generally can only have it done if you plan to mass produce a disc.
