How many people are viewing this thinking it's a tutorial?
Nope. it's a question.
I've tried multiplexing with bbMPEG, and adding the offsets that way. I've also tried VCDImager GUIs and "updating scan offsets". Both ways, I've produced SVCD's that either FF/RW properly, or alternately NOT work at all...
One I made using VCDImager easy FF/RW correctly. Another done the same way actually REWINDS whether you hit FF or RW!
What is a CONSISTENT way of multiplexing streams with bbMPEG, and adding offsets correctly so it will track through properly? Every time?
I'm not worried about timescale problems for now, just a consistent means of applying real, true offsets so I can FF/RW, or GOTO search properly, finally burning a .cue with CDRWin...
Thanks in advance!

Should add here, I plan on eventually using TSCV to make the cue/bin... does this help my situation any? My guess is no, since it's still using VCDImager to update the scan offsets...
Could also someone post the "proper" bbMPEG settings thst won't screw me up... thanks (I'm a little desperate here, don't want to create any more coasters)!
