I'm useing Easy VCD to copy a DVD to SVCD/XSVCD and burning with nero. But even at the highest encodeing quality, once burned they don't play right.
Things are nice looking with good quality. But gets real jerky when alot is happening onscreen. Not sure why![]()
I have two DVD players and the same thing happens with both.Although I don't have this problem when burning VCD or XVCD.

If it ONLY happens during high action scenes AND you are encoding with a variable bit rate (VBR), I would say you are encoding with a maximum bit rate that is too high for your DVD player. Try encoding a clip at a max bit rate of 1800 using VBR. Usually 2300 - 2500 will be the max for a lot of players.Originally Posted by Star Warrior
