    I have some MPEG2 ready to go that I have captured in the past. IS there any way to convert them for authoring quickly w/o using MyDVD or the like? These authoring applications always re-encode! I just want to convert the good mpeg2 (.mpg) to IFO, VOB, etc....

    Hve you tried ULAED MovieFactory?If the source video files are compliant to your dest. format, it won't recompress.
