Combine VCD & Audio CD?

I created my first VCD yesterday and it works great in my DVD player. Now I'm wondering if it's possible to create a CD that will play a video when in my DVD player and play separate audio when in a CD player.

I'm using Nero and I see an option for creating a Mixed Mode CD, but I don't see how I can mix Video & Audio with this selection.

heard that a few times before... it MUST be possible if we can combine the date of the VCD with the data of the audio... i tried it with MIXED CD. But it refuses to put the data of the VCD in the mixed cd... i dont think its possible
