    I already did all the stuff there is to do in burning vcd's. My only prob is my dvd that usually plays vcd wont play it and i cant play it on my computer too.... I dont know what else to do!

    Well, you obviously couldn't have done everything as you don't have a working disc...

    You need to supply more DETAILS on what you did. What model DVD player are you using? Are you sure it can play CD-R discs? What programs did you use to make your VCD? What settings?

    etc.
