  1. A few days ago i bought an ati aiw 7500 card, did a clean windows xp install with the new card. Card works great, captures tv nice, tvout works good, but every few hours explorer will crash. It doesnt do it under a certain program, but does happen more often when ati programs are running. It does it about every 2 hours. I have disabled all the ati stuff running in the background and it only crashed on me 2 times today, alot better then every 2 hours, but still to much for me. Im running all the newest drivers/software from the ati website.

    System
    Windows XP
    abit kt7a mobo
    512mb pc133 ram
    1.4 amd t-bird
    ati aiw 7500
main hard drive is 120gb wd 8mb cache speacial
    burner and dvd

Any ideas how to stop these will be great, thanks

Your XP all patched up to date?

Which BIOS version is that KT7A running?

    VIA chipset drivers all updated?
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
