    i just converted my avi to mpeg2 with subtitles, but when i play it on my computer to see it if it's ok, it starts for a few seconds and then stops. The timer is still running, but there is no sound and the image is paralized. it encoded for about 5 hours, so i knoe it did encode. i used TMPGEnc.

    any help?
