    Just a thought, if there isnt a tutorial for this already, I think this is one of the guides this site is missing. A guide to the best program for this would be a useful additon to the how-to section.

    Not sure if you are talking about DVDs or (S)VCDs but maybe this will help. http://home.att.net/~adam.poole/Introduction.htm

    From there you can jump right to the part titled, "Making Motion Menu's," but some parts may not make sense unless you start from the beginning.

    The guide isn't finished, namely the part on VCDEasy, but there are other good guides for that.
