I mean... it has more of a wide format then a fullscreen format, and I don't wanna lose that.
Is there a way I can mantain this aspect ratio? Maybe with the black stripes?

Yes, in TMPGEnc set the "Source aspect ratio" to 1:1 (VGA) and your file will have black borders and will look directly the same as the source. Also, under the Video Tab make sure you select 4:3 PAL or NTSC depending on where you live.

Under the settings, advanced tab, video arrange method. Select full screen (keep aspect ratio). This will maintain the aspect ratio by adding black bars. If this is just set to full screen, it will be vertically stretched.
