"vcdhelp.com" is a great site. I try to read as many forum posts as possible and post a reply if I can add any value (I am a newbie myself). However, I find that quite a few forum posts do not have a meaningful subject. For example, the subject reads "Help with TMPGEnc" or "Stupid/Simple Question on ..." or "Newbie! Please Help!" or just "Help".
I believe that the subject field of the mail is an important eye-catcher. I do not think that any question is "stupid". In my sincere opinion, if the subject line highlights the problem better, then better responses may be solicitated. This forum has a large number of posts. It is likely that the forum post may remain "unnoticed" because of lack of the proper subject. Just my suggestion though.

We've been telling people that forever, but they never seem to listen. We've told them that maybe the reason that no one helps them is because no one wants to look at a topic called HELP THE NEWBIE, I NEED THE ANSWER IN 15 MIN and the like.
