  1. I have searched the forums for a while and was unable to find a post to match my question if I missed it I apoligise.
My problem is that I have made quite a few VCD's and SVCD's using TMPGENC and burning with WINonCD. I have played them all prefectly fine on my PC but as soon as I put them in my El Cheapo DVD player Conia M-100 I usually get the No Disc Error or if by some miracle it plays sooner or later it starts to break up visually and freeze. I have tried lots of different brands of CD/R and CD/RW and I can't say that anyone brand works more successfully than others. Look I am asking for any suggestions or solutions that you may all have for this problem so Thanks ever so in Advance.
    Cheers

  2. Buy a DVD player that can play VCD, SVCD and CDR.

They can be picked up pretty cheap. A good example is the Alba DVD114, plays just about everything for £69.95
