PowerDVD: Unsupported Format

I backed up Star Wars II AOTCs with the guide above. I burned the first disk and it works great in my Apex DVD played but when I try to play it on the computer PowerDVD Xp says, "Unsupported fomat on disk on drive E:" or something close to that. Anyone know why?

switch power dvd from disc mode to file mode then hit play find your movie and load it in it should work no problem..pm me if problems still occur
