For a few months I've used DVD2SVCD to convert DVDs to SVCDs with 2 audio channels and subtitles. This always worked fine until a few weeks ago. The subtitles are ripped and multiplexed to the svcd file(s) but my DVD Player (Cyberhome AD-M 212) doesn't show them anymore. At first I've thought it had to do with the new version of DVD2SVCD I've installed so I unistalled it and reinstalled the old version with which the subtitles worked fine. But even with this version they don't work anymore.

I checked the subtitles on my old SVCDs to make sure it isn't the player which has the problem. The subtitles were shown correctly, so it must be the program which is wrong.

Don't get me wrong. I've always used SVCD subtitles, not CVD. CVD never worked with my player.

I've also tried the SVCD-test image from vcdhelp with svcd subtitles but they also doesn't worked. But, as I said, my old SVCDs DO work!

The video and audio is always played without error.
I have no idea what I could have changed on my PC. Could it be WinSubMux which has eventually changed something in muxing so it doesn't work with my player anymore.
Are they any files of DVD2SVCD or WinSubMux(which is used by DVD2SVCD) which won't be deleted on deinstall and not be overwritten with an older version? This could explain why the old DVD2SVCD version also doesn't work anymore.
