After installing both build 40 and 41 in each case version number still shows under help as build 39

My Build 40 and 41 both showed up in "About SmartCut64" as they should, not sure why yours didn't.

Ah, it might be because of an install location bug I fixed. The previous version might have installed in the Documents folder as a fallback - if you have a shortcut it might be pointing to that location

in the next update there'll be a search for duplicate versions, and an option to move the installation folder

Hi, is there any way of backing up this Thread so it can be migrated to another forum in case this one goes offline again like what just happened in the past 24 hours.

Anyway, i have posted up a comment over at the dumb Reddit Site (i won't call it a forum because it is not a forum in the same context as this one) and i will therefore not be posting any more stuff in that site, and hope that VideoHelp will survive forever.
