VirtualDub - TextSub plugin how to adjust font size

I see no option for fint size when using TextSub plugin on VirtualDub2 is there other plugin to load .srt subtitles and adjust font size?

Try this.
Create a .style file in the folder with the video and the subs.
You will have 3 files with the same name - different extensions.
i.e.
my great video.mp4
my great video.srt
my great video.srt.style

The content of the .style file should be:

[V4 Styles] 
Format:    Name, Fontname, Fontsize, PrimaryColour, SecondaryColour, TertiaryColour, BackColour, Bold,Italic, BorderStyle, Outline, Shadow,Alignment, MarginL, MarginR, MarginV, AlphaLevel Encoding 
Style: Default, Arial, 20, &H00FFFFFF, &H000000FF, &H00000000, &H00000000, 0, 0, 1, 2, 2, 2, 10, 10, 10, 0, 1

In this instance the font is shown as Arial, with a font size of 20; adjust to suit.
Load the video up in VirtualDub and use the filter textsub, as you have been doing. See if the .style file changes the font.

As has been said by many people, .srt files are not for anything but the most basic use.
Subject to what your playing the video with and what your viewing the video on your results may be horrible.

TextSub doesn't expose font settings for .srt files. It just renders them with its default style. The easy fix is to convert the .srt to .ass first: open it in Subtitle Edit or Aegisub, go to the Styles manager, set the font and size you want (and outline/shadow if you like), then save as .ass and load that in TextSub instead. The .ass file carries the style with it, so VirtualDub2 will render it exactly as you set it. In Aegisub, remember to set the script resolution (File > Properties) to match your video, otherwise the size will look off.
