  1. Try this with your open gops mpeg files:

    ffmpeg -i input.mpg -c:v mpeg2video -flags +cgop -g 15 -c:a copy output.mpg

  2. @ hech54,
I seem to be frustrating you with my questions.
    This is not my intent.
I wanted to know if this DVD was ripped to a standard DVD compliant DVD folder & files format.
Post#13 appears to be in DVD format. It even looks like a commercial DVD rip with Extras.
I don't know what software you used to get this information.
I will see if I have a DVD with "GOP, Open/Closed : Open" & see if DVDRebuilder or another software I have will close it.

    These are my results:
The short DVD I started with had just this: GOP, Open/Closed: Open

The DVD processed with DVDRebuilder or AVStoDVD had this:
    GOP, Open/Closed: Open
GOP, Open/Closed of first frame: Closed

I don't know if closing of the first frame will fix your DVD or not.
    Probably worth a try.
AVStoDVD is easier to use but do use HCEnc settings in it for this.

    @ ProWo,
Is this code used directly in ffmpeg command prompt ?
Or is there a place in Clever I add it ?
