I have a concert recording(VHS>DVD) that has been converted from PAL to NTSC at some point in the signal chain and has a weird way of achieving it, it looks temporally blurry (compared to an incomplete PAL Betacam source with way more motion clarity, ruling out the cameras used) or blended together, I've experimented with srestore a little bit but couldn't get decent results
