I'm using windows 7 32-bit & the Widevine & other information programs do not work well with it.
At least not for me. So I don't use N_m3u8DL-RE .

I had to put it in a .zip file as the forum won't upload .m4v.

FYI, the zip file you uploaded is only the 30 second sampler. https://am-dl.pages.dev/ would be able to grab the full video without issue, but for some reason it won't grab this one.
