Video Download Questions - Kindly please answer as asked for

There is an ongoing situation (as August 6th, if not earlier) with a certain popular YouTube four-kay downloader. At present, the four-kay download app is unable to extract video content belonging to a big-name entity connected with American sports. Each attempt to download results in the following message .......

"This video is unavailable" (displayed in red letters), then in black letters -- "This video contains content from ???, who has blocked it from display on this website or application".

1st question: Has anyone here had a similar experience within the last few days? Just reply yes or no.
2nd question: Should I wait for a possible solution of the problem by the makers of the four-kay download app, or can you perhaps recommend an alternative method?

That Worked -- And I will gladly invest in a registered version, as I see that it works with YouTube, DailyMotion, Vimeo, Internet Archives and who knows what others!
