Encore CS5: Chapters Cut Off Early.

I've authored a homemade DVD with 17 chapters. When playing the DVD, chapter 12 cuts off early and returns to the setlist menu.

I started from scratch again but this time chapters 11 and 12 cut off early and return to the setlist menu.

They don't cut off in the Encore player but do if I play the compiled files on the hard drive and on the physical DVD in a stand alone DVD player they do.

Why do the chapters cut off early?

Forgot to mention that they are chapter playlist for each song then returns to the setlist menu when finished.
