Need help downloading protected videos.

I need to download SVIP videos from v.qq.com or wetv.vip. I am willing to offer appropriate compensation to anyone who can solve this problem for me.

I am already a member, but downloading a video causes my account to be restricted—preventing access for several hours. I want to bypass this limitation. I am wondering if anyone can help me with this; I certainly do not expect the assistance for free.
