I think your post fits better into the Video Streaming Downloading section of the forum. As for how to do it, as far as I know, there are certain levels of security when it comes to Boomstream. The video you posted is one of the easiest ones. Use the stream detector, grab the m3u8 link, and use yt-dlp or N_m3u8 on it. There is no point in bothering to record the videos since pretty much anything can be downloaded directly from them at the original quality.
