"No valid files found" error in Handbrake for a DVD where the error reports 'file length too short.'
I have just updated the handbrake to latest and added in LIBDVDCSS to the folder. The dvd is from 2021.
It likely has shorter files for things like titling and subtitles and such. I thought that LIBDVDCSS solves for that. And I did the NET framework required routine.
Any advice appreciated.
Might a program like makeMKV work instead? I'm hoping to get this done in a program I'm used to using and that's
Handbrake itself. I've had problems with makeMKV running "hot" on the CPU.
I'll add a screen shot but this seems like an old and familiar problem I'm just not remembering much about.

Try using a different DVD.
If that works, then the DRM on this DVD is too strong.
You can then try using Makemkv. -
I'll try a different set of discs as you suggest and look at reveal. Also I have different burner and will try that. The truth is these days I'm
rusty and forgetting much of the DVD tools used other years. -
Solved with makeMKV
Thanks to those who assisted. makeMKV is working alright now that everything is set up , updated and booting properly.
The old problem I had with makeMKV running slow and hot appears to be solved either in CPU usage or some other fix. Plus I am using SSD's now rather than HDs for this task.
