is there a CLI wrapper for EZ CD Audio Converter xHE-AAC (Fraunhofer)?

Hi, I would like to use the "Fraunhofer IIs Pro encoder library" that comes with "EZ CD Audio Converter"
There are 2 dll files enc_xheaacf.dll encm_xheaacf.dll. Does someone know if a wrapper exists to make this work via command line?

Judging by https://github.com/ittiam-systems/libxaac/blob/main/README_enc.md https://github.com/ittiam-systems/libxaac should do the job, assuming you get it compiled.
