Error message on Apple TV "Are you still here ? press any key to continue"

I am getting every 2-3 hours error message on Apple TV: "Are you still here ? press any key to continue". This error will stop streaming services and not letting to see, unless you restart the box. Any help?

Did you check the settings for how long the videos are allowed to go with out being checked?

It's in your tv settings,look in the tv manual for how long the video can play till you get warnings.

I dont have the tv manual but the message comes from Apple tv. What kind of settings on TV to check?

something like turn off streaming after x time or power save on / off something along those lines. i dont have your tv so cant tell specifically. the manual will be on line for your model specifically. if you have a streaming box the setting will be in there as well

Thanks for the help given. My tv is Sony xbr-43x800e. Apple box model is a1842
