  1. It is from a broadcast in 2008, and I don't know where it came from, whether it was taken from a television channel, streaming, etc.
    Is there any way to improve its quality/resolution so that it looks better?
    Can I eliminate the blocking artifacts as much as possible, given the low bitrate?
    I don't expect miracles, obviously, you can clearly see the original source, but there must be something that makes it look better, something that escapes me.

    Hi Selur! The result is more than enough for the original source. My father would be more than happy to see it!
