Downloading from Tubi with a VPN

Hi, does anyone know how I can download a video from Tubi that is restricted in the UK but is accessible with a VPN?. I am only using my Opera browser's VPN to access videos that are only available in the U.S, but StreamFab doesn't seem to be able to download them. I've noticed some of the episodes I'm wanting on are the Filmrise channel on youtube when I select the VPN to United States, but again there's no way of downloading them using either a youtube downloader or using StreamFab.

Opera VPN when I last used it doesn't work as a normal VPN with servers in different locations. It is just some kind of an extra firewall for your protection.
I would suggest to try a free VPN like Proton VPN free I think they have free servers in the US. At least check it out if you can watch Tubi.

Thanks for that regarding Opera's VPN. When I use Opera VPN on youtube to watch shows that on the Filmrise channel in the US it allows me to select that country, but it won't allow me to download the video using a youtube downloader or using StreamFab. I did download the free version of Proton VPN, but it won't allow me to select a US server, it says I need to upgrade to do that. But I'm not sure whether the VPN is the issue in preventing the video I'm wanting to download or it's because the video is encrypted.

But like I said, I am able to watch the video on youtube on Filmrise in the US by changing the location in Opera's VPN. I don't think there are any free VPNs that allow you to change to the US unless you upgrade.

I managed to change the location in Proton VPN, you have to wait until it counts down before you can select "change server". I was able to move to the US server and was able to download the video I wanted using.
