Thank You but I dont know this tool, I dont know how to use it, all I wish to use is truehd to dtsma file, just the file, not the video

Sadly there is no freeware Master Audio encoder.
Currently the only certified encoders are the ones listed below:

The ancient DTS Master Audio Encoder Suite has been discontinued. :—/
