I'm looking to buy a working Widevine L3 CDM extracted from a real Android device (not from Android Studio or any emulator).
Unfortunately, I don't have access to an Android phone right now, which is why I'm asking for help.

This needs to be from a physical device, because platforms like VdoCipher detect and reject CDMs coming from emulators or Android Studio kits.

vdocypher don't required real cdm from phone, it work also with some leaked cdm
the problem is vdocypher ban a lot's of cdm's so you need try and try to find new fresh cdm still no banned

Is it a real L1 CDM, or just said so in the .wvd? I remember trying CDMs from a leak that happened a few years ago, they are banned entirely, no keys received anywhere.

Anyway, the L1 one worked on VdoCipher today, at least sometimes.

When L1s are banned they are downgraded to L3s but they always remain taken from an actual device, this is so that that device doesn't completely lose video viewing, it was an L1 but as soon as it was put out it lasted less than 48 hours, because of the stupidity of people

And what to worry about then? Some API going down? One's money disappearing?

Might take a look at DeCENC, though no idea if is going to work if watermark is involved, and never tried to use it.
