Got a Onkyo receiver and want to connect with Monster wireless speaker. Onkyo is Bluetooth too. The Monster has a 3.5mm connector aux on the front. Is any way to connect it?

AUX is probably input so you need to find line output on Onkyo and connect it with cable - not sure if Onkyo being itself amplifier support output over BT. If you need wireless connection then perhaps you should find module (Aliexpress?) with analog audio input and BT output.
Check user manual for your Onkyo model - they should provide connectivity options. -

There is no book at the box. -
I think the Onkyo model you mentioned should be TX-NR5100
I couldn't find any mention of TC-NR5100
Assuming your exact model is TX-NR5100, this model has bluetooth feature.
Please see the attached user manual. Read relevant section regarding bluetooth connectivity starting page 54-58
