Does this kind of file in dev tools has all the info about livestreaming? like the mpd and license url or m3u8 file and all that?

A javascript file is only useful when the mpd/m3u8 file isn't obtained in its original form, and instead is decoded using some additional code steps.

If you're 100% sure that's the case, then debugging the javascript is a good starting point. If you have troubles you can at least post the video url or a HAR with all browser requests.
