    In the Picture enclosed you will see 2 arrows 1 and 3 , I don't what they are called but how do remove them? The first goes through about 10 scenes and the second goes until to title screen. Is there a piece of freeware or shareware that can remove them? does one piece of software "standout" from then rest?

    It's called watermark. From the look, it's burned into the video. A quick google on "video watermark remover" returned several results. I've never used them so can't comment about their effectiveness.
