Trouble Batch Encoding with Handbrake

When I try to add all my files to the queue. I get error message "You must first set the destination path for the output file before adding to the queue".
I've been to Tools > Preferences > Output Files and I set my destination path to the folder I want and I checked Automatically name output files. What is wrong?

Close and reopen HB

I've tried that several times.

Mine looks like this. If you can't get it working, close HB and rename or delete the handbrake folder @

c:\users\your_user\appdata\roaming\

and set it up again
