However both yt-dlp & Streamlink fail to download it. I get an error about being forbidden. Any idea how to get the 1080p video? If there are subtitles, I'd like to get them as well.

The video is playing without a VPN, so that's not the issue. It seems it's encrypted in some way.

Strangely enough, it seems to download the whole thing but what is actually saved has 262 bytes. If you managed to get the file, can you send it to me?

I don't even know how to make an account on that site of yours. I just copy pasted your master m3u8 URL and used it with N_m3u8DL-RE. The subs are included in the mkv/m3u8
