I repacked an .mp4 file that is 30i into .mkv with mkvtoolnix. Media info shows the video as progressive.
Playing over my network to a TV with Kodi gives an ugly combing.
Is there a way to fix the flag, either in the video track by itself (ffmpeg?) or with mkvtoolnix without re-encoding?
