I'm trying to get this stream: https://www.rtve.es/radio/20241022/st-vincent-actuacion-museo-del-prado/16298903.shtml

Both streamlink and yt-dlp display the error about being forbidden if I'm trying to download using the m3u8 link. I can get a 360p stream with Internet Download Manager. Any idea how to get the 4K stream (they announced it's a 4K video)?
