Creating a voiceover AI using subtitles?

Hello, looking for a way to create AI voiceover using .srt subtitles.
Ideally, it should be free, open-source.
I have created a script that creates such a voiceover using elevenlabs, but it is too expensive.
The script creates audio at the right moment in time when the voiceover speaks using the time from the subtitles, creating “silence” before what the voiceover says.

The models there seem to be quite old and robotic than good AI.
