Sometimes you can find the m3u8 content as the value of some random variable in the js code. Is this chunk the only one you could find? Also, there is no need to spam this comment across multiple posts.

I came across three types while trying to download embedded private vimeo video, one with audio and video in mp4. I searched for /video/xxxxxx.mp4 and /audio/xxxxx.mp4 in network tab, deleted everything after .mp4, paste link and download, merge video and audio in ffmpeg.

Second type is when video was in m4s segments and you could find playlist.json.
I manage to download it by looking for playlist.json in network tab, copy and open url in new tab and look for:
"video":[{"id":"xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx", for every resolution you have different id.
Now edit same url by deleting from /v2/ and add /parcel/video/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.mp4
Example:

Paste url and you will download video with audio in mp4.

Third type is when video was in m4s segments and you could find master.json.
Look for master.json, open url in new tab and search for {"id":"xxxxxxxx", for every resolution you have different id. Now edit url with this id like in previous case, paste edited url and download.

Hi nikola54321, it was of great help. I got it without audio but I downloaded both files separately and united them with VLC and it worked perfectly.

For the videos with master.json and playlist.json I write python script for easier downloading. Just put script where you want to download videos, open it, then it will ask you to name video you downloading and request url of json file. Then it will start download highest available resolution. Download is finished when it again ask you to input name and you can then download another video.

I don't think there is a way with public tools. If there was, it would be fixed quickly. It's one thing to download private embedded videos on public sites, and another thing to download password-protected videos. Your best chance is to look for another source.
