    Alright, I just got TMPGEnc last night I understand all pretty well so far and I am encoding and avi file, but I keep on getting an error message while encoding that reads ERROR -537403781 2244608 it wont go away no matter how many time I click on it and it stops my encoding unless I click on it but i just keeps on popping back up. What does this mean, and how do I fix the problem ?......hopes this makes sence

    What codecs do you have installed? If you do not have any try the
    "Nimo Pack". It has all of the codecs you'll ever need to encode with.

    I downloaded the nimo pack, but I still get that error messege. I dont know how to fix it.......I have been researching on it, but have not found anythig about my problem.

    Corrupted frames maybe? Try fixing it with virtualdub, search the forums for more info.
