Windows 11 Weather Information

Over the last few days I am getting weather information just after I switch on the PC and before logging in.
This is very annoying because Microsoft decides what's good for me without asking me first.
I followed few suggestions to go to settings > Personalization and to deselect the widgets then restarted the PC and there it is again the weather information.
Has anyone got this as well and do you have a working solution?

I watched some YouTube videos months ago with tips how to disable widgets and such. Thankfully when the computer updated it didn't bring them back. All in all I am quite pleased with this mini pc with Windows 11. I would like to get another one soon to take my Window 7 Desktop off line totally. With website scripts and such the older computer can freeze up. I hope to set up the new one with both Linix and Windows 11 but I want to get rid of the Microsoft account and be more anonymous.

I went through this with my new computer while installing Windows 11, I was asked to login with my MS Account.
